At Mermaid Hair Extensions Australia, we pride ourselves on processing your orders quickly so you can enjoy your new hair as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund the order. This includes changes to items, colours, shipping addresses, or payment details.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately after placing it at hello@mermaidhairextensionsaustralia.com.au. While we’ll do our best to assist, once your order has entered the dispatch process, it cannot be modified or withdrawn.
