Refunds

Orders can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date for the total order amount minus shipping incurred by Mermaid Hair Extensions Australia. 

To ensure you qualify for a return please make sure the hair extensions are in original, unworn condition, you have not removed or broken the warranty/hygiene seal, tag and in original packaging. 

The extensions MUST NOT BE worn or tried on in any way due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please note: Refunds apply to Mermaid Hair Extensions Australia Ponytail's only, accessories are not included. 

Refund postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the warranty seal is intact please email us hello@mermaidhairextensionsaustralia.com.au and we will arrange for your goods to be returned.

Exchanges 

Colour not quite right? No worries! Easily return for an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
