No Refunds or Reimbursements After Service
Please be aware that once a braiding service is completed, we do not provide refunds or reimbursements. If you have any concerns regarding your braids, please bring them to our attention during your appointment so we can assist you right away.

Some individuals may experience mild redness due to scalp sensitivity, particularly with close parting and braiding. If you or your child have known sensitivities or allergies, or if you anticipate discomfort from the braiding process, please let us know prior to your appointment.
